German to English Tech/Engineering Manufacturing

I'm doing a translation for a company who is discussing products that they make, purchase or are otherwise involved with. One of these is 'Exzellent Feuchte-Regulierungsputz'. This term has many hits on Google but I haven't been able to find an English translation or come up with a suitable one myself. Does anyone know the official English term for this? They don't make or talk about any other kind of plaster in the text so I can't really provide further context.
