German term

Stationcall

German to English Tech/Engineering Media / Multimedia Radio broadcast
The term appears as follows at the top of an intro to a radio piece:

(Uhrzeit/Stationcall) Rund um den Globus wird dieser Tag gefeiert...

I realise this isn't much context.. sorry! I thought maybe it means the radio station's jingle. Any radio experts out there who can help me?

Thanks in advance.

Station opener 1986

Just spoke to a British radio broadcaster I know and she said that after looking at what you have provided this is what it would be.
You can listen to an example on the above site. This is what is always played before her show starts. She says in layman's terms it's often referred to as the radio stations' jingle but on the script it is written for example as:
BBC Radio 1 opener
(name of the radio station/programme + opener)

stationcall

A "stationcall" seems to be what listeners make when they phone in to a radio station, either to leave a message in a mailbox or for their call to be taken on air.
Note from asker:
That wouldn't necessarily make sense here at the top of an intro. But perhaps it means the number to call if listeners want to phone in?

(station) call sign message

This reads like a script, and in combination with 'Uhrzeit' this must be the call sign message of the b roadcaster ('station' in US English).

All radio broadcasters are required to transmit their call signs at regular intervals, depending on the type of service. This is often done in the form of a jingle (and the more pop the station, the more jingly the message).

I should have said 'In commercial radio, this is often done in the form of a jingle...'.
