Discussion
The "business" which Fred mentions is the operation of the old people's home itself. No other business operations involved.
I'm not so keen on "real estate" because it is less standard in British English. And in the case in question, Betreiberimmobilie is not a generic term, it is used for the business structure of a specific facility or building.
I'll wait for the recommended 24 hours before finalising the grade.
