fishing nets/fishing lift nets Explanation: I don't think it refers to trees, but rather to the fishing lift nets that one can often find hanging over the lower course of many Italian rivers (in the Po Delta, or the Volturno river). They're often used to catch eels and are called 'bilance da pesca'. If you do a Google image search for 'bilance da pesca' and 'fishing lift nets' you'll see that they look very much alike. |
