The following is a sentence in a court decision regarding a patent case.
本件発明の”インストラクション”は、各構成要件に規定される特定の処理を行うインストラクションが必要とされるものではなく、複数の”インストラクション”によって、所定の機能(ディスプレイの作動等)を実現するものであれば足りると解するのが相当である。
The construction "足りると解するのが相当である" appears multiple times throughout the document.
Can anybody help?
Thanks very much.

: IMHO, "reasonable + consider + sufficient" are spot on, but remember: this is a court decision. 'Shall' is needed here. (Yuko-san's offering rings right, but for 'and just right' (subjective, fuzzy and not suitable in a court verdict, I'd say.)

be reasonably considered satisfied / be reasonable to think satisfied
The expression is very formal way, seems lengthy a little even if the document is patent.
The main point is "reasonable" and "validate". I'm not so sure that my recommendation is good way to say this or not
