意味的にはStraightforwardで難しくないのですが、このような表現の規定や法律を英語にする場合、一番ふさわしい言い方や最もよく使われる言い方があれば教えてください。
特に、「定めるものである」という表現や「基本的事項」の「事項」にこの場合どの英語を使ったらいいのか迷っています。
