Public Records Act Explanation: Lovdata provides no official translation, as I'm sure you already know. The only decent ref. I found is given below. "Alderen for avleveringsmodne arkivalier ble redusert fra 50 år (den gamle arkivloven fra 1962) til 20 år gjennom en ny lov i 1995. (Public Records Act 1995)."
