critical incident analysis Explanation: Cóż, jest pytanie, niech będzie jakaś odpowiedź (taka, z którą się zgodziłem:). Critical incident analysis involves identifying an episode or occurrence (the ‘critical incident’) in which something went wrong or alternatively was successful, describing and analysing it, and identifying factors responsible for the success or failure. It can be applied to a single incident or a series of events, or applied to a sample of comparable or linked events and used to identify common success factors or causes of failure. The approach can be used individually as a form of structured reflection, with the actors in an event (such as a project or an accident) to learn from it, or in planned research with a large or small sample of participants. http://www.sld.demon.co.uk/critinc.htm |
