as Hessian matrices/as Hessians
You do not need "forms." Hessians are matrices, and everyone understands that. For that reason, scientists simply say "Hessians" without matrix or form.

I see "Hessian form of an elliptic curve," which is unrelated to the Hessian matrix.
(Also Hessians were mercenery soldiers fighting on the British side in the American Revolution.)

The second case discusses symmetric not necessarily postive definite matrices which typically occur as Hessians in nonlinear optimizations problems.
Note that the files FCM and FCMINT might be used within a geometry optimization as Hessians.
Morse indices of the index form (the Hessian) restricted to some
special subspaces of the domain.
As generalized Morse index of ° we take the negative of the spectral °ow of the family of Hessians of the energy functional along the canonical path.
"Hessian" is the term used by scientists. "Form" and "matrix" is understood.

Dziękiuję. "...w postaci Hasjanów", więc "as Hessians" albo "as Hessian matrices." Nie potrzeba tutaj żadnych forms. Normalnie napotyka się Hessian albo Hessian matrix.
