"cada andar do predio tem uma copa para os funcionários" - i know it´s a room with fridge, coffee machine etc for use during work breaks but cant think of a suitable word in english!!!

my suggestion,
When I worked the the States, they all had a "Breakroom", it had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, table and chairs, we called a break room.
