Rehabilitation just doen't sound right to me. I associate it to where you go to kick some habbit. This sounds like the same thing but to recuperate from something other they chemical substance...appreciate any suggestions

Retraining/requalification
I would think this is doing again whatever training they did in the first place. Not RYCA but something else similar. Hope this helps.

Dictonary definitions indicate that one of these might work. "Renewal" is also another possibility.

There are many synonyms that you can use but they seem to be referring to break time activities so I think relaxation would work well.
