Romanian to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters titles and qualifications/ denominations

This is a standard qualification - title denomination of which many Romanians are still quite fond.
To my knowledge, in EN, the denominations are based on qualification abbreviations that functiona as titles. E.g. 'Dr. XXX MSc, DipXXX', etc or 'BA, MA, DipTrans', etc

Did someone translate this in a reasonable way?
