agree  enrustra: transhipment - стандартный термин в грузовых перевозках уже более 10 лет. Микрософтовский Ворд переправляет на transshipment (с двумя s), но в журналах по перевозкам все пишут с одним s.

Между терминами transloading и transhipment есть некоторая техническая разница. transloading (или reloading) в строгом значении этого слова означает прямую перегрузку, скажем, с судна в вагоны, с океанского лайнера на речную баржу или из самолета на грузовик. Для этого необходимо точно согласовать прибытие обоих транспортных средств в место перегрузки, а это не всегда возможно. Поэтому, чаще производится не перегрузка, а перевалка, то есть, груз снимают на землю или в крытый склад, и позднее грузят на другое транспортное средство. Здесь уже не только грузовые работы - loading, но и складирование, поэтому здесь требуется более общий термин shipping, включащий в себя и loading, и warehousing, и другие операции. Соответственно, это уже будет не transloading, а transhipment. В оригинале написано "перегрузок", но это, скорее всего, вольность автора. Более надежно использовать общий термин transhipment, который включает в себя, как частный случай, transloading.
