Tech/Engineering - History / text about armament
Russian term or phrase:

pathfinder, Sperrbrecher
Explanation:
In English this type of vessel is sometimes referred to via the German: Sperrbrecher, literally "blockade breaker". It was evidently most frequently expressed in English as a pathfinder vessel, and was considered a subclass of minesweepers.

And here's a German page that calls them both "pathfinders" and "pathmakers"

There is an older English term, "mine destroyer", but all the instances I found of it were from the World War I period and slightly earlier. Also, those "mine destroyers" didn't seem to be self-propelled and manned vessels, but rather older ships that were set adrift or towed toward mine defenses.

Here the Sperrbrecher is described as a "combination minesweeper/flak cannon".

Here they're described as "blockade runners".

I kept wanting to say "mine runner", but haven't found that one.

Minehunter

Explanation:
Perhaps these vessels are minehunters, rather than minesweepers:

"The minesweeper differs from a minehunter; the minehunter actively detects and neutralises individual mines" (Wikipedia)

Notes to answerer
Asker: I am not sure... прорыватель минных заграждений is a vessel that is made not to detect and destroy mines, but it is made in such way as to "run upon" the mines and activate them. Then other vessels could be free to go by the same route.
