Spanish term or phrase: sin tolerando la dieta
This seems like a mistake to me.

When the patient was discharged from the hospital after the procedure, this is what they say:

"efectuando una Hemigastrectomía evolucionando en forma satisfactoria. sin complicaciones, egresándose a su domicilio al sexto día de P0. sin tolerando la dieta."

Without tolerating the diet? (In which case it should be "sin tolerar.") What diet? No diet has been mentioned other than in the previous paragraph, where they said, "Previously the patient had postprandial vomiting and could only tolerate a liquid diet."

Medical report from Mexico for US.

Thanks in advance for your help.

(I don't see any meaning for "sin" other than "without" or some equivalent expression.)
