agree neuneutek : :) You are so good, Saleh!! You are abosolutely right although the US don't give its citizens ration cards as far as I know.(however, there are othet forms of social support for sure)These car are mostly used in poor countries like mine (Egypt) and India.

agree Aisha Maniar : something similar that we have in the UK (I don't know about the US) is a "food voucher" scheme for asylum seekers whereby they can swap food vouchers for food at supermarkets. Of course, this is controversial.
