mais alors on dit rarement la législation §624.155 comme on dit la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels

Le symbole § signifie paragraph. En français, paragraph dans une loi se traduit généralement par alinéa ou par disposition.
§624.555 fait donc référence à une disposition d'un chapitre portant sur l'assurance qui fait lui-même partie du code qui réunit l'ensemble des lois de l'état de la Floride.

Dans le texte, quand l'alinéa est précisé, j'indiquerais donc l'alinéa 624.155 sur la mauvaise foi.
et pour Florida Statute §624.155, j'indiquerais : Alinéa 624.155 des Florida Statutes (sans traduire, car il n'existe pas de traduction officielle).

: j'hésiterais à utiliser règlement. Un règlement est généralement adopté en application d'une loi précise, ce qui ne semble pas être le cas des Florida Statutes.
