I think this is the term you are looking for. Having researched what a "vivienda agrupada" actually means, it would seem that it is what it says it is: houses in some kind of group formation. It is not always going to be terraced (adosado) or semi-detached (pareado). What is being stressed here is not the type of house it is, but how they relate to each other.
