In a vehicle lease agreement, I have the following sentence: "Outre l'obligation de déclarer tout sinistre quelqu'en soit l'importance à la compagnie d'assurances, le locataire devra informer le loueur de tout accident nécessitant le passage du véhicle considéré au marbre".
