Non-PRO French to English Social Sciences Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, etc. aging European population
From an article about the use of new technologies to help support Europe's aging population:

Il y aura donc moins de personnes physiques susceptibles d’aider et de prendre en charge les plus âgés, fragiles, handicapés ou en fin de vie. Les aidants devront alors mieux s’organiser pour faire face aux besoins, en supposant pérennes les concepts éthiques et psycho-sociaux.

I am struggling with how to render the "en supposant pérennes" bit, so any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you!
