I'm sorry that at times people may be human enough to make silly mistakes - but remember that we ARE human and not PCs - I think that these moments happen to everyone :(
The idea of this site is to help people pros and non-pros - it is not obligatory to answer if one does not wish to do so. Best wishes to everyone. Thankyou for your time and happy translating

multiple socket

It's what I have always heard and used in the UK, it was one of the first things I had to buy years ago and didn't know how to say it :) but hey, they all are viable alternatives, it just depends on what you are used to and on the country you translate for (ie whether American English or British English...). Note that also MULTIPLE PLUG is used for multiple socket, it's colloquial and not really correct, but still widely used in everyday English (in fact, in Italian you can hear presa and spina used at random even if spina is plug and presa is socket).

power strip

This would depend on more context, but the principle is the same. Usually a ciabatta is a multi-socket power strip, often with a short extension cord.

Power strip
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A power strip (also known as a plug board, power board, power bar, distribution board, gangplug or multibox) is a strip of sockets that attaches to the end of a flexible cable and allows multiple devices to be plugged in. As such it can be considered a type of trailing socket though that term is more often used for single and double cable mounted sockets. The term is also used to refer to the complete assembly with the power strip on one end and a plug on the other. Power strips are often used when many electrical devices are in proximity, especially with audio/video and computer systems.
