I can only speak to US legal terminology, but when two complaints are joined into a single action, then decided together, we say that the cases were "consolidated". The limited Google results that came up when I searched this term seems to support this translation, and you can find lots of examples of "consolidation" of cases to see if that works for your context.

In consolidated actions
UK law uses the term "consolidated actions". As this is a heading I suggest you use "In consolidated actions....."
