This is the best translation of this term in accordance with Islamic Sharia ... Some translators, who prefer to avoid Arabic transliteration of words, tend to use the expression (Abdicative Divorce) in the sense that Khul' is based on abdication of rights on the part of the wife. Feel free to choose either.

: I think in khul' wife _compensates_ husband, not abdicates rights. She will usually return the dowry.
