Your solution may well be best for UK, now I don't know where Ashok plans to use it, but it's good to mention destination.

Regular General Assembly / Extraordinary General Assembly
It's not written in stone and may vary from one company or organisation to the next, but most of the ones I have served so far in as an interpreter call them Regular and Extraordinary.
Any of these choices should be alright.

AGM and EGM
AGM = annual general meeting
EGM = extraordinary general meeting
There is no need to add shareholders. It is understood.
Annual General Meeting
Under the Companies Act 1985 a company must hold a meeting of shareholders in each calendar year to deal with matters such as the adoption of the previous year's financial statements, rotation of directors and the appointment of auditors. Shareholders may also use the opportunity to ask questions of the Board at the Annual General Meeting.

Extraordinary General Meeting
Any meeting of the shareholders other than an annual general meeting is known as an Extraordinary General Meeting. The length of notice depends on the nature of the resolutions being put to the meeting.

Extraordinary is not only correct for this type of meeting, but is widely used throughout the UK. Under no circumstances is it "Spanglish"

I put in the key word "shareholders" because it refers to "Assembly of Shareholders (Stockholders)" and the terms I put are common in English.
