English translation:health food menu/dishes
Explanation:
I base this suggestion on the fact that the equivalent of a "health food store" in English (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_food_store ) is a tienda naturista in Spanish; see http://tinyurl.com/2dwt4z

"Health food" and "naturista" are rather fuzzy definitions that take in a variety of different food and health philosophies.

agree  Carol Gullidge: seems more likely than "naked dishes"! But, how about "undressed dishes"? Maybe not as daft as it sounds.../// or "unadorned dishes" or "the bare essentials"!

agree  Carol Gullidge: or "Healthy Options"?/// Unfortunately, the healthier it is, the worse it tastes! And pizzas don't really fit in sort of "healthy eating" category, as far as I can see...

-> Thanks. I thought of it, too, but on menus "healthy options" generally indicates low-something, e.g. low-fat, low-calorie, low-carbohydrate; which are in a different diet spectrum than what is usually denoted by "health foods".
