أعتقد أن التعبير الأًصلي شيء كهذا:

لأن
institutional creditor=دائن اعتباري، دائن منظم
individual creditor=دائن فردي

الدائن في التعبير الأول عبارة عن شخص اعتباري والثاني شخص حقيقي
