Leafing through my thesaurus I found "high-muck-a-mucks" but fear this would not capture the right tone :) One of the two Führungspersönlichkeiten is the outgoing CEO of the company, so they are both high-level managers.

I think this asks for a workaround.

Just "leaders" would not have been enough, but the "Führung" has to be in there somewhere.
