neutral  Maciek Drobka: You do not usually buy perfumes/cosmetics from a chemist's in Poland.|I wasn't clear enough, sorry. This verges on how to translate literary texts. To preserve the local Polish colouring, I think 'perfume shop' is better than either chemist's or drugstore

  -> Maciej, please see my note. If this is intended for a British readership, then the place where perfume is one of many things that can be bought, including cosmetics, cleaning materials etc. etc., is a chemist's. The UK doesn't have drug stores
