A minor or mentally disturbed person cannot have financial responsibility. Women until recently in most countries in Europe did not an inpendent financial responsibility. Aagreement of a father, a husband or a guardian was necessary for a woman to conclude any financial transactions. Islam, on the otherhand gave a woman full financila responsibility independent of a father, a husband or a guardian. |
