This must be a typo (considerandoos), but I assume that it bacisally states that due to the reasons previously listed in the provided statement ---------------, the marital union that existed between XXXX and XXXX has now been legally disolved

And yes, considerandoos is a typo. But I also made one, since it shoudl be "whereas" not "whereaus". I would say "for reasons stated/set forth/.... in the whereas .....
