disagree  AllegroTrans: I see nothing about "filed" in the SP text

  -> si hablamos de "proceeding" or "procedure" el verbo sí se utiliza y traducir no es siempre escribir literalmente sino que el texto esté redactado con frases estándares en el idioma destino. Además, hace falta tener todo el contexto para decidir.
