Spanish term

BBDHH (VERY URGENT!!!)

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Medical report
This a full medical report on a patient suffering from pneumococcal pneumonia. I've hunted for it in Google, I.A.T.E., 2 different medical acronym dictionaries and have come up with nothing. Imust get this text out within an hour.

Any help will be more than appreciated.

The term is:

ECG: RS a 80x’, BBDHH ya conocido, sin otras alteraciones.

Thank you all so very much. It was a 26 page translation and this was the only term I couldn't find!

Remember that we use double initials to represent plural. I don't see why it could not be BBDHH, where BB would stand for 'bloqueos.'

BRDHH: bloqueo de la rama derecha del haz de His. BBDHH seems to be a typo.

Not sure if you have a typo there. Could it be BDHH? (Bloqueo Derecho del Haz de His).

Right bundle branch block or RBBB.

I don't think there's any typo here for it's been mentioned on 4 occasions throughout the report.
