J'ai aussi trouver "separate music and effects track" dont voici la définition:

Film à deux traces magnétiques comportant les enregistrements séparés et synchrones de la musique et des effets d'une partition sonore.

background sounds and background music

First the French text has an error “habillage” is masculine so it should be “habillage sonore et musical”.
“Habiller” in French, as “to dress” in English, can also mean “to garnish” “to decorate” “to adorn”, i.e. to add an element or elements to something in order to make it better or more attractive.
In this case, I understand they are talking about different sound effects that are, or can be, added to some kind of production. If those features are meant to be separated I agree that “sound track and musical score” is a perfect translation. But if they are meant to be mixed I would propose “background sounds and background music”.
