vehicle maintenance log

Not my field, but a quick search on the Internet revealed this:
A vehicle maintenance log is a journal of all maintenance performed on a particular vehicle. Each entry includes a date, mileage as of that day, details about the type of work done, and who performed the service. The maintenance log might also include receipts and a schedule for further maintenance.

repair/service vouchers

I am guessing that the company may have supplied a booklet with vouchers for specified maintenance or repair jobs that they agree to pay for (such as oil changes maybe). They have also supplied a 'brandstofpas', so it appears that the the employees have a fuel allowance for which they can pay with some kind of company credit card. Does that make sense?
