oops! But of course, this isn't a camcorder! However, I suspect there might be more to this 'flip' than meets the eye — there are certain situations where you might indeed need to 'flip' the image to suit viewing angle... Worth a passing thought, at any rate!

Watch out! I think the expression is "swivel-and-flip", and refers to the fact that when you turn the monitor screen through 180°, the image 'flips', so you don't get that rather disconcerting effect of everything moving in the reverse direction compared to the way you move the camera, and of course, the image being vertically inverted!
