The correct translation of your full phrase would be: "Use authorized for (the benefit of)" si quieres traducirlo tal cual, pero yo dejaría únicamente "Use authorized for" y después el nombre de quie fue autorizado.

'for the benefit of' is correct You could also use 'to the benefit of'. This phrase is commonly used in legal docs, particularly contracts. But you could reword, perhaps "Authorization of xxx by yyy to use", for example.

"For the benefit of" does not seem to make sense. These are the terms and conditions of a website. So why would www.XYZ.com, for example, have a section called "Authorization of use for the benefit of www.XYZ.com"? Unfortunately I only have the heading and no other info from the section.
