: en France oui, prénuptial est peut-être utilisé au Canada (ou en France dans les séries US doublées mais peut-être pour marquer cette différence)

I think that many times it is simply translated by "contrat de mariage", which is, in my opinion, not wrong, but to make a difference between the "prenuptial agreement" and the actual "marriage contract", it seems that "convention matrimoniale" suits better.
