Mais \"inert ingredients\" fait un peu mieux.

It cant be additive alone as this meants things like the E additives in juice for preserving it.In homeopathic product natural addditives or processing agent should come be organic and be under organic regulations. For examnle using beeswax to encapsulate medicines.
