URGENTE!
Si osserva preliminarmente, che l'istanza di interpello prodotta è inammissibile, in quanto carente del requisito della **"preventività"**, di cui all'art. 3 del DM 26 aprile 2001.
Buon pomeriggio a tutti. Dato che l'interpello deriva dal common law (advance ruling) , dovrebbe esserci un equivalente, ma non riesco a trovarlo... qualche suggerimento?
