Es el título de un libro de cuentos cortos cuyo tema central son los "pícaros".
Cuando traducimos el título de una obra, es muy difícil dar con la mejor traducción que refleje el contenido.
Una traducción completa tendría más de 3 palabras.
Por otro lado "picardados" no existe en la DRAE. La expresión a mi entender significaría "aquellos que son víctimas de los pícaros", desde luego demasiado largo para incorporar en un título.
El título completo de la obra es "Pícaros, picardías y picardados".
Es desable que la propuesta sea tan corta como sea posible.
Seguramente hay expresiones 'Slang' equivalentes.

As part of a full title: Tricksters, Tricks, and Trick-ees. I'm not finding any google hits for "picardados," which suggests to me that it is a made-up term in the original. So I'm suggesting "trick-ee" as a parallel invented term that furthermore plays off the existing English adjective "tricky".

All porposals are correct but yours, Kathryn, catches the spirit. Slight change from "trick-ees" to "the tricked".
Fall guys is also an option, however there are stories where gals are also tricked.
"Fall Guys and Gals" is rather too long."

Depending on the context in the stories, i.e. if the "picardados" were specifically targeted...
You could even use a variety of terms in the title, for example "Swindlers, Hustles, and Marks." Any number of synonyms would probably do.

To me, repeating three variations of the same word doesn't have enough musicality in English. I would opt for varying the words to improve the rythmn and flow. If one more word was permiited, I would suggest "Swindlers, scams, and their victims"
Discussion
The best option is still lurking somewhere.
Functional heavy jesting, sleigh of hand, putting someone in place, eye opening, victims that deserve what they get, eyes sparkling when the victim falls, conmen with a broad smile. All of these aspects are to be found entwined. No blatant scam or open swindle.
