SOP on Mitarbeiterschulung :
“Jede(r) Mitarbeiter(in) mit Personalverantwortung ist verantwortlich für die Ermittlung des Schulungsbedarfs,...für den Abgleich zwischen den erforderlichen und den erfolgten Schulungen”. A training log book is maintained on training given to employees and checks made at quarterly intervals: “Die Prüfung beinhaltet einen Abgleich zwischen den erforderlichen und den erfolgten Schulungen”.
I understand this to mean a comparison is made between the required training (still to be done) and the training already delivered. But does this also mean that the amount of training being delivered must keep step with the training required? (so there is no backlog?)

However, it *could* also mean that he/she is to ensure that people receive the required training. Since this is about someone with "Personalverantwortung" I tend to assume the latter.
