"Juristic Persons' Inspectorate" / "Registry of Legal Persons"

En Argentina tenemos a la IGJ "Inspección General de Justicia" que es el lugar en donde se inscriben (justamente) las personas jurídicas... supongo que será una variante del "Departamento de Personas Jurídicas" que estás buscando.
