In a letter of complaint about a piece of faulty software, a frustrated doctor is telling the software maker how busy he is and how he hasn't got time to deal with a whole lot of glitches. Here he's giving a general overview of the job he and two or three of his colleagues do. I can't make head or tail of "mises en jeu" in this context however, and even after looking it up in various places, I still haven't got a clue what it means here.
