tôle / plaque acier

It seems a construction of steel. Apart from the too many (said(s)...), no doubt that the support is made out of two PLAQUES ACIER or TOLE (they both are synonimous). It does not mention, however, at least here, quality, dimensions, and thickness, which are a sine qua non condition.
