Yes, I think this is it because this is a letter from a landlord complaining about her tenant who wanted everything repaired, and the "molina de la cocina" was one of the things repaired.

Yes, I think this is it because this is a letter from a landlord complaining about her tenant who wanted everything repaired, and the "molina de la cocina" was one of the things repaired.

Explanation:
Molino de la cocina is used in Latin American culture to make flour or tamales etc. You can put wheat or corn grains in and grind it to get a finished product. Take a look at the link below for a picture. As far as the translation goes I would say grinder but do not know exactly the term in English since it is not something I have seen used in American culture.
