iam confused what to use to be grammatically and speakingly correct.

if i say he is a doctor treat people on the board of plane
or he is a doctor treat people on the plane .

Grammar You will need to say, who treats people. My humble advice is to take it out completely. It is understood.
أما على متن الطائرة وعلى متن السفينة فترجمتهما واحدة بالإنكليزية
on board, but it depends on the context if you have to say specifically.
