Extract from a 'Contratto di Licenza dei Marchi XXXXX:
1.2. La Licenziataria si obbliga ad utilizzare i Marchi rispettandone i caratteri letterali e formali, nonché rispettandone e condividendone il “Concetto” cui i Marchi sono collegati, senza apportare ad alcuno di essi alcuna modifica (salvo preventiva autorizzazione scritta da parte della Licenziante) e senza ledere in alcun modo la buona reputazione dei Marchi stessi.
Does this mean that the "Concept" can be applied to related Trademarks?

accept the "Concept"
It means that they have to "share" the concept in the broad sense that they accept its definition by the trademark holder. "Share" in English is not entirely appropriate as it infers a reciprocal process, whereas "condividere" here in Italian means that one party accepts what the other says. Thus the licensee must respect the specific form of the trade mark, as well as the concept that inspires it.
e.g. the coca-cola "concept" is the feeling of happiness at being together with friends and family, so if the coca-cola trademark were used, then respecting the concept would mean that it had to be used in the right context.

: I had the same doubt thomas, reading the sentence in Italian it is hard to say... just thought that the author could have used "rispettare" if the meaning was just to accept what the other says

recognising the "concept"
The idea is that they agree with the concept, but "agree" sounds a little out of place here.
