"Recrecimiento" means literally "regrowth", and since the original covers "Construcción, Funcionamiento y/o modificación de Instalaciones principales de una planta de beneficio" I believe that "recrecimiento" here applies to the last part and, therefore, that once the plant is re-commissioned, the waste resulting from leaching will be disposed of at the same place, ie, at the same heap[s], which will then "regrow". But the proper word in English eludes me (I do not even know that there is any, though this might be my fault... I am not a native). |
