French term

Vous positionner

French to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)
Hi guys. This is a short extract from a letter accepting the sale of a company. The French is as follows:

Nous souhaiterions pouvoir céder le Site, mais comprenons que vous ne disposez pas encore de la visibilité nécessaire pour vous positionner.

My attempt is: 'We wish to transfer the Site, but we understand that you do not yet possess the necesary level of visibility to take up a final position'.

Not really happy with this, so any help would be great. Thanks in advance!
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): AllegroTrans

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

William O'Neill (asker) Jan 31, 2012:
The site is the site where the business is located.
philgoddard Jan 31, 2012:
That doesn't answer my questions.
William O'Neill (asker) Jan 31, 2012:
The 'letter' is actually a 3000-word acceptance of a potential takeover, stating the conditions of sale. This is the start of the 'bail commercial' section.
philgoddard Jan 31, 2012:
This is difficult to answer without more context. What is the site they refer to - the site on which the business is located? What does the rest of the letter say?
