eco habits
Hello, I am quite sure that 'eco habit' is becoming a popular term in English and that it is the exact equivalent of 'eco-geste.' I have given a couple of links where the English term is used, but many many more come up in a Google search for 'eco habit.'

: used far less than eco-friendly actions. "a suggestion" but not necessarily the most popularly used term. (check Google)

green habits
I understand éco-gestes as small actions we accomplish every day, out of habit, and that should be environment-friendly.

Depends very much on what the 'gestes' actually are (perhaps you have some examples of the fiches techniques?).
Or environmentally responsible/friendly instead of eco-friendly.

Francis, if you accept my answer as the best one and award me the points, then you'll have a chance to add the term to the glossary yourself at the same time (remember to tick the appropriate box). I can't add it myself. In any case, you're best-placed to decide whether it's the appropriate answer.

thanks, megaptera1 - though green habits may be a bit too informal - depends on the tone required
